Dr. Martin decides he wants to extend his practice to treating children. He has never had any training in child psychology but begins to read books on the topic.

Dr. Martin decides he wants to extend his practice to treating children.  He has never had any training in child psychology but begins to read books on the topic.  He also starts seeing children for therapy and advertises himself as a child psychologist.  Is Martin acting ethically?  Why or why not?
