3. Now, as a means of becoming familiar/comfortable with the Trident online library, do a search for journals with your interested topics in education leadership. Peruse through the results of the search, noting those studies that “jumped out” at you for any reason. Select one study (within the past five years) that you found to be most interesting, and tell us about it. What was the topic of the paper/study? And what are the main research questions/hypothesis in the paper? How does this particular study answer to the research question/hypothesis? Include the reference information of the reading material(s).
