Diamond makes a particular arguement for why some parts of the world got a head start in accumulating wealth over time and why others remain poor.

Summarize his arguement systematically by setting up an arguement with a thesis statement in your introduction, then back it up with evidence from Diamond’s findings by citing those passages/phrases where he states his points most clearly. Also your arguement must refer to proximate factors and ultimate factors ( see fig 4.1 in chapter 4) to support his claims.
