Intent: To encourage you to read the practical methodology before class and come prepared with prior knowledge of the experiment or questions to fill the gaps in your knowledge. Additionally, you will learn the basic calculations required for a wide range of experimental methods. Objectives: To develop skills and understanding of proteomics techniques. Ability and motivation for continued intellectual development Task: A list of questions is printed at the start of each practical in this manual. You must complete the questions and have them reviewed by their demonstrator prior to starting or during laboratory work.
