Now that you have organised your team and chosen a project, you need to start thinking about what to do next.

Each team member has to CHAIR a meeting, so that you all have a go at leading the team. You will be assessed on your ability to lead the team, your time-management and how you prioritise ad delegate, This will be assessed by your team who will complete a PEER Observation review (separate sheet handed out in class) that you will keep in your portfolio. Your tutor will also complete one. It is an effective development task, and will allow everyone a chance to lead the team.

You all need to show that you are supporting the project/event, can make corrective action/s if needed – all of this is ongoing throughout the life the project/event, and will be assessed through meetings, your action plan and all the supporting documentation that you will have used throughout.

Everyone needs to take a turn at this to be assessed on this criteria. It will be recorded by Peer Observations, Witness Testimonies/ observations by your tutor/s.
