deliver a financial report on the given French Company-Kering Group

you are required to deliver a financial report on the given French Company-Kering Group. You are asked by your manager to conduct a report on the company that focuses on the following aspects:
1. A background about the company-its products, competitors, policies (required to talk about the history of the company
2. you are required to calculate the financial ratios for the organization, it is necessary to calculate every possible ratio for the organization covering Profitability, Liquidity, Gearing, Investor’s rations and working Capital for the Last Two Years 2014-2015
3. for each ratio, you are required to:
-explain what it measures,
-report the value of the ration
-comment on the changes between last year and the current year
-comment on whether the company doing better or worse than the industry
-a general comment on the overall liquidity, profitability, investment, working capital and gearing levels
-the analysis should also include a recommendation on why the stock is or is not a good investment
4. it is important that assess the current position of the company regarding its finances, its strength/weaknesses, and what risks could face the organisation in the future
5. based on the results of your financial analysis, you need to come up with some realistic recommendations for this company to consider
6. the overall conclusion of the paper is an evaluation of the organization to its industry to determine its overall financial health. also you are required to report your judgment on the likely future general financial condition of the firm?
7. you need to include appendix pages that include a list of the financial statements of the company which are usually found in the Annual report of the organization and that can be downloaded from its website. you can use the appendix also to show any calculations you have done (this will not be included in the word count)
8. you should also include a list of references that are used to collect information, all the referencing should be done according to the harvard referencing system
