The decision of re-establishing the relationship between United State and Cuba

1- what each actor want, did they gain or not
2- Identify which actor was dominant and provide a supporting argument that justifies your position.
3- From the perspective of the other actor/ remaining actor, describe what approaches could have taken to improve its (their) position in relation to the dominant actor during the decision- making or negotiating
process.
4-In respect of improving the process in general, what lessons and conclusion can be drawn from the case study?
