Choose two companies in the same industry to analyze. Your task for Case 1 is to perform a liquidity and solvency analysis of these two companies.

– Go to sec.gov
– Search for the most recent two Forms 10-K on the EDGAR Filings site
– Obtain the financial statements for the two most recent fiscal years
– Concentrate on the companies’ liquidity by computing: working capital; current ratio; and quick ratio
– Compare the two companies to one another and the single companies’ changes over time
– Create a brief one- to two-page presentation using Word to report on the liquidity of these companies using a small table to report the results and an appendix to show the computations.
– Include the financial statements in a separate file or as a back to the appendix.
– Turn in the assignment no later than Sunday, September 20 at 11:59 p.m. by uploading it here on Blackboard
