3- in pre class guid : check appendix A & answer the questionnaire so that you find out your behavioural tendencies when working as part of a team/ how does it affect you in work & while working on teams
4- you may include :key learning points, how you worked with your partner, and your Belbin team roles reflects your interactions – perhaps your partner’s Belbin roles too if you happen to know them… and how you would adapt your Belbin roles to influence quality and safety in your workplace.
