• An Individual Report based on your experience of the group presentation
• 2,500 words
Use illustrations – charts – diagrams – make it visual, use the material from your presentation(the presentation slides I will sent in extra additional notes)

Evaluate what determines successful, creative and innovative operations from both academic and practitioner perspectives.
What you need to do:
• This is a reflective report based on your group work
• It should evaluate how your own personal thinking toolkit was applied to the group project
• That toolkit included: Lateral Thinking, Brainstorming, Mind Mapping and Infographics – it also included business theory to explore your client brief (these should all be referenced).

Section 1 – Intro & Strategies/Theories.
Make sure you cover the following:
• An introduction – what was your brief?
• How you created problem-solving strategies – both rational (business theory & research) and creatively ( how you applied the creative toolkit)

Section 2 – About your experience and a company illustration.
• What did you find easy / difficult?
• Do you think this would apply in industry?
• An illustration of a creative company would help here – we talked about Apple and their ethos – can you think of other, successful, creative companies to support your ideas?

• Describe how you identified the problems and how you used your thinking toolkit to solve them
• Pay attention to how you focused on market segments and how you were selective. What new channels did you decide to work on?
