Crafting and implementing effective strategies.

“Since you are the most trusted (and most educated) global advisor to this “CEO”, with knowledge about crafting and implementing effective strategies; he has called upon you to advise him on how to proceed in light of the situation (discussed in the case).” The “CEO” (Robin in this case) is expecting the following (do or die; so….prepare your answers in detail):

List and explain the key issues that must be addressed .

The Ultimate Threat (UT) is the threat that when occurs, can shut an operation down immediately.

Develop a list of specific performance objectives along with the criteria to measure each (minimum of 6). Prioritize this list and provide the recommendations on how to implement each, detailing the action plan for this “ organization” to pursue.
