In a 2-3 pages paper, student should write the following: -a brief summary of the law case – the law or case’s relationship to the concept of federalism -notable tensions, conflicts, or curiosities with regard to the case or law as it reflects the division of governmental power and United States system of checks and balances – their perspective on the philosophy of federalism reflected in the law or case.
