1. Background of IKEA company : 200 words

2. PESTEL Analysis 600words: For each of the six (6) elements listed you will need to describe and outline how each of the six elements contributes to the organisations decision to move forward. Each element needs to be addressed separately and must be justified through the inclusion of evidence of research ie. Using quotations and referencing them.

3. Porters Five Forces Model500 words: You should explain each of the five forces separately after your development of the model and justify your discussion with academic sources (references) for their inclusion as part of the discussion. Provide a summary of the five forces and identify through the theory as to why they are relevant to the forces you have selected.

4. Key Success Factors: You should explain the Key Success Factors that will allow your organisation to move forward. These same Key Success Factors will be helpful when you develop the range of strategies required for your next assessment. You will need to choose five (5) of the MOST important Key Success Factors for the industry and write a supporting paragraph on each separately explaining why you have chosen those particular success factors to support the Table that you have developed. Your reasoning for choosing these factors may be based in theory and can be justified as such through the inclusion of the theoretical concepts that make the so important to the organisation moving forward.
