Having gained an understanding of your target market and ideal customer profile, you now need to ratify the feasibility of your business idea with your Lecturer and develop an individual business plan. The Business Plan needs to include an Executive Overview and document in detail the following main sections:

• Business Background.
• Marketing and Sales Plan.
• Human Resources Plan.
• Operational Plan.
• Financial Cash flow with Break-Even identified
• Future Growth Potential and Contingency options.

The client will include a template in a word document for the writer to follow. The business plan will be on a t – shirt design business and the client has gone through with the lecturer what exactly needs to be included so please follow this and add where necessary. Along with this the client will include a cash flow sheet template to add figures in. A previous piece of work was completed on this assignment so the client will upload these in picture form for additional help.

This business should ideally be looking to be set up in the UK. Please look at the template attached that the client and lecturer have gone through and please look at the photo uploads if you are stuck.
