Briefly describe each work on the concert, in terms of the time period (era) from which it originates. Talk about the form of the work, and any notable characteristics with regard to themes, melodies, or motives.

Performances will be held in the Abramson Family Recital Hall, in the Katzen Arts Center. As with the concert earlier in the semester, you will need to obtain a ticket for this event. Disclaimer: You are responsible for making your attendance at this concert happen. Get your ticket and show up. Your critique should address all of the following: 1. Be sure to mention the name of the composer of each work, their birth and death years, and their nationality (you may research this information using the internet, and need not cite your information.) 2. Compare one work of your choice with another work we have studied in class. How are the works similar? What differences did you notice? Why did you choose your work of comparison? Between these two works, which do you enjoy more and why? In both of the above, accurate use of course vocabulary is of paramount importance.
