Assess the impact of spatial planning on either housing policy or transport policy in the UK?
OR
Analyse how housing or transport policy has developed over the past 20 years. What have the major drivers been?

What will your introduction tell the marker in terms of your approach to the question? What do the key words mean?

Identify clearly the policy areas you will discuss and why?
Definitions of the critical words you discussing (remember to acknowledge your sources).

What sources and evidence are you going to use to prove or disprove the ideas in each of the policy areas?
Fully reference these using the Harvard system.
Is there any additional background reading and literature you have consulted in understanding these ideas?
Is there a planning policy context for these ideas?
What arguments in favour or against the approaches will you be presenting?
