International Marketing Plan Report
Your project is: to prepare a brief strategic marketing plan for the introduction of a product/service to a new country. It consists of two parts: (a) An introduction to your product/service and choice of country, and an introductory environmental scan of your target country(economic, political, legal and cultural overview) b) A short summary of part (a) above, plus a market audit and preliminary marketing strategy and plan for your chosen product/service.

Part (a) around 1000-1500 words (not including the header page and any appendices).
Part (b) around 2000-2500 words (not including the header, contents or executive summary pages or any appendices).
This is a major assignment and some effort on your part is required to produce a report of the standard required to get a pass mark for the assignment.
You will need to analyse the country chosen, and develop strategies and a brief overall plan for the designated company/product chosen. You are expected to utilize numerous outside resources, including textbooks, cases, reports, etc. in developing a comprehensive set of recommendations. The analysis, recommendations and marketing plan are to be submitted in the form of a marketing report.
