Students are required to address the comments giving to their group presentation in the written assignment. Therefore, marks across students in the group will depend on the quality of their own individual writing. This assignment relates to the following unit learning outcome: • Assess challenges and areas for improvement in medical radiation science • Critique research studies published in medical radiation science journals • Apply findings from research publication/ strategies for conducting research to address challenges and improves areas of medical radiation science for evidence-based practice independently, collect record and analyse scientific data using appropriate methods, and apply and integrate these analyse to effectively communicate scientific findings Assignment instructions: The written assignment will follow the same format and criteria expected in the Group presentation. Comments given to the group presentation must be addressed in the written assignment. Comments will be made available in Bb. The whole assignment is expected in 2000 words. A severely short or long assignment implies superficial analysis or inadequate analysis. High quality academic writing style, including proper and effective use of subheadings, is expected. Writing and referencing skill will be assessed. Each student must submit their own written assignment to Turnitin via Bb.
