Arguments on Photojornalism and the Public

1. Analyze Susan Sontag’s essay, “Watching Suffering from a Distance,” and explain how Jim Lewist article, “Front Page Horror,” serves to extend/deepen/complicate Sontagts argument. Be sure to discuss both the claims and the techniques in the analysis.
