B. Synthesis across the three articles that includes a summary of themes across the readings. Compare and contrast the articles and discuss the implications for practice and policy regarding children who are medically fragile.

C. Discuss the role of the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in relation to your topic and how the APN can be integrated.

You can write something same as written in DSG_NewBeginningsMagazine in page 6. The most important thing is early intervention and involve the whole family including siblings in the process. The APN can refer to early interventions programs for down syndrome kids and their siblings

D. Evaluation: the following criteria will be used:
