Analyze the basic principles of selected teaching and learning theories. Evaluate the methods that businesses and other post-secondary education environments use to respond to adult learning needs.

Summarize the elements of the context in which learning will take place. Predict the potential impact overall on the audience for the lesson plan, and devise key strategies for addressing such influences. Outline the three (3) significant aspects of the task upon which the lesson plan will focus (See Assignment 1). Next, select three (3) corresponding adult learning theories, and analyze the fundamental manner in which each of the theories in question would support the learners and is appropriate to the context. Devise at least three (3) instructional strategies that correspond to each of the indicated aspects of the task. Evaluate the degree to which the three (3) related learning theories influence the indicated instructional strategies and thus could appropriately facilitate instruction of the task. Justify your response. Indicate all pertinent technology components that you plan to integrate into the lesson. Determine the manner in which the three (3) selected adult learning theories could influence your technology selection. Recommend fundamental strategies that you would use in order to accommodate the learners who may not be familiar with technology. Propose three (3) relevant learning standards (i.e., related to either K-12 or adult learning environments) that influence your incorporation of technology into the classroom. Suggest specific strategies you intend to use to implement your proposed standards. Illustrate the relationship between your choice of strategies for technology inclusion and your three (3) chosen learning theories. Use at least five (5) quality resources in this assignment.
