Prepare a short (3 page maximum) analysis answering the following questions: 1. What is your assessment of Rayovac’s diversification strategy? In particular, how would you assess the Remington, United Industries, and Tetra acquisitions? How would you evaluate the conceptual logic behind these acquisitions? 2.
