Students need to consider whether they are approaching their answers in the effective way possible. I suggest that groups, and indeed individuals, consider making claims and then supporting each claim with evidence (typically law of 3). In this case, the first question was to establish whether BOS could be used in a political context and that the strategic move is, in fact, a blue ocean move.
This could be achieved by translating the main qualifying criteria for BOS from and industry setting to a political one
