AN ESSAY ON PROMOTION OF DIVERSITY IN MENTAL HEALTHCARE

-Identify a diversity issue in UK and provide a sound rationale for choosen choice from the available literature and policy initiatives. I have chosen BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC (RACE).
-Identify and discuss the priciples and practices of the choosen area for improvement with relevant backup from source materials. please use NURSING JOURNALS more than books but do not use not internet sources.
