Laboratory 3: Image Processing
Task 1: A 3-channel system is to be developed that will communicate 2-dimensional image data (RGB) over the following frequency bands…
RED = 300Hz to 500Hz
GREEN = 750Hz to 950Hz
BLUE = 1.1kHz to 1.3kHz
The Nyquist frequency for the system is 2kHz. Design a channel separator comprising of a single IIR filter (help yulewalk) to spate the RED, GREEN, and BLUE data into the appropriate channels. Perform a frequency response test upon the IIR filter using an appropriate input signal to verify data in the required frequency bands is passed by the filter.
Your laboratory report must be written in AMC conference paper format.
Your report must be a maximum of 3 pages. You are also allowed to include up to 2 pages of additional work this pages do not need to be in AMC conference paper format and should be placed after your report.
Finally, please include a copy of your computer code at the very end of your report (you can just paste it in).
In your report you must discuss the each task parts codes and each task parts results (full discussion).
Place an order in 3 easy steps. Takes less than 5 mins.
