a spondylolytic spondylolisthesis with nerve root compression

A 30 year old female presents with a 6 month old history of back and bilateral L5 radiculitis with no obvious neurological deficit. investigations reveal a spondylolytic spondylolisthesis with nerve root compression. please critically review evidence for age, gender, condition with presenting history and critique the evidence for management of condition which can be either surgical or non surgical.
