Reflective journal : the task This assignment is designed to develop and assess the capacity for life-long learning, commitment to ethical action and social responsibility, and the body of knowledge relating to business and society. The capacity to reflect is an important element of professional life. It enhances the capacity to evaluate current knowledge and to understand and accept personal weaknesses and strengths. The journal will encourage and assist students to recognise that ethical decision and preference for ethical action do not necessarily lead to ethical action.
