Identify a specific group of learners/learner and make a presentation to an informed audience to explain how and why you differentiated a learning experience or supported a successful transition.
The presentation needs to include information on the learners, a definition if appropriate drawn from literature of specific factors including the aetiology, the context for the learning experience/transition. The main focus is on explaining how and why specific strategies were used. 4 references for further sources of information need to be identified and presented as an annotated list.
