• A complete Marketing Plan including the segmentation and the positioning and the differentiating factors

Following the industry research conducted during week 03 and the analysis of the key trends and drivers of this given industry, students will have to find an idea for a new venture/business within the industry they have researched.

They will have to submit a report (5 pages -2,500 words single spaced maximum) which should cover:
• The description of a new opportunity/business resulting from the research conducted previously
• An estimation (including a clear description of the assumptions) of the size of this opportunity
• A complete Marketing Plan including the segmentation and the positioning and the differentiating factors
• A Promotion Plan including the media plan if needed and social media strategy
• A Sales Forecast and Plan with 3 scenarios (Base, Optimistic and Pessimistic)
